Off-the-shoulder top + tweed skirt.
I’m starting my collection of adorable Christmas attire with this gorgeous ensemble from fashionista Emmanuelle. This chic off-the-shoulder shirt looks amazing with the midi skirt with a tweed effect and the tall boots.
The ideal finishing touches are modest black accessories like a belt to accentuate the waist and a little purse. This is a terrific option for a fashionable Christmas party costume that is good for the office, or it may also be worn to a festive dinner party where you want to look your best.
A stylish and warm layer would be added by a maxi-length wool coat if you reside in a cold climate.
Sweater dress + ballet flats.
During the holidays, you want your attire to be perfect. And a lovely dress in sweaters accomplishes that! Wearing a jumper dress is a great way to look put together while still looking as comfortable as spending the entire day in your pyjamas during the colder months. It’s one of my go-to vacation style tips for effortlessly looking put together.
Felicia’s off-white maxi dress is my favourite, but any jumper dress can do as long as it has a festive vibe. A knit dress in shades of forest green, black, or dark red would also be lovely. As a last touch, polish off your look with a satin hair bow and ballet flats.

Sweater + sequin pants.
This next Christmas costume option, which is from my own closet, is ideal for all your holiday plans because it can be worn to both fancy occasions and casual get-togethers!
A nice and simple way to add some shimmer and glamour to your clothes is with sequin trousers. Since they are the main attraction, let them take centre stage by accessorising them with classic, neutral items.
Like I did above, you may wear them with a leather purse, ballet flats, and a cosy sweater. In need of a warm layer? Wear a long wool coat or a leather jacket on top.
Mini skirt, tights + chunky boots.
possess a little jumper dress? Wear it with tights and a wool coat for a chic appearance. If you want something dressier, go for knee-high leather boots, or dress it down with clunky boots for an edgier look.
Enhance the cosiness by pairing it with a steaming cup of hot cocoa and a bulky scarf (preferably one that was handmade and given to you as a present).
Chunky turtleneck, leggings & tall boots.
I love this next look since it’s so simple and perfect for the holidays (I think it’s an excellent excuse to wear leggings).
Put on some black leggings and an enormous, thick turtleneck. Elevate the ensemble with ease with a pair of tall leather boots, whether or not they have heels. Additionally, you may easily add adorable accessories, like a scarf or velvet hair ribbon, to make it more festive.
Slouchy sweater + midi skirt.
This next style is perfect if you’re looking for a dressier Christmas party outfit. The ensemble has a lovely texture thanks to the off-the-shoulder top and the elegant black midi skirt.
I adore a striking black and white ensemble in any season, but especially in the winter! Add a little kitten heel, some simple jewellery, and a lipstick and bag set to complete the look.
This is a great choice if you’re the one throwing the Christmas parties because it’s stylish, comfy, and the black skirt will help conceal any spills. It’s excellent for formal events like office parties.
Faux fur coat + micro shorts.
A coat with synthetic fur that’s soft and festive? This next Christmas outfit design is the ideal balance of classic and current, so it will work for many holiday get-togethers.
To achieve the look, grab a black bodysuit or long-sleeve shirt and a pair of leather mini shorts (sequin shorts would also work if you wanted to add some shine). Even though a fur coat shouts “Christmas,” it nevertheless feels elegant and timeless. To keep the look elegant and refined, I would wear this with tights and loafers.
I adore this look for a fun house party, a cosy date night, or Christmas cocktails with friends.
Festive knit, jeans & booties.
Sometimes the greatest attire is simple! This is one Christmas ensemble you’ll want to bookmark if you want to dress festively all winter long or if your holiday plans are more laid back. You could also go with a red turtleneck or crewneck sweater, but the red cardigan with gold buttons has a beautiful festive vibe.
To dress up the ensemble, I chose heeled boots and my Chanel WOC; however, for a more laid-back vibe, see the next outfit.
Red sweater + jeans.
The focal point of this next, more laid-back outfit is Diane’s big red cardigan from Sézane, which she buttoned at the top for an adorable, in-style look.
Wear red bows in your hair and wear patent red ballet flats to keep the vibe festive but laid back.
Silk skirt + cozy cardigan.
This is your cue to copy this next look if you have a silk or satin skirt stashed in your closet. This adaptable Christmas ensemble is a simple way to stay cosy this holiday season while yet looking effortlessly stylish.
Aimee looks stunning in her navy blue slip skirt when she wears it with a cream cardigan and Manolo Blahnik heels. A quick and easy option to add a little extra sparkle to your holiday outfits is using shoes decorated with rhinestones. Replace the shoes and skirt with satin to get the same effect for less money.
Faux fur jacket + white denim.
One of my favourite winter fashion trends is faux fur coats. A fuzzy coat improves even the most basic ensembles by adding a cosy texture and keeping you warm in subzero cold.
I love how Cerisea accessorised her laid-back holiday look with black boots, white jeans and a red jumper with a faux fur jacket. A chic touch is added with opulent accessories like a Gucci shoulder bag and a YSL belt.
Oversized sweater + black silk pants.
My next Christmas outfit is straightforward and traditional. I accessorised my silk Toteme pants with a black leather clutch bag, patent leather slingbacks, and an oversized cream cashmere sweater.
This understated and carefree style will work if you enjoy the holiday season but don’t like to go crazy with reds, greens, and glitter.
Since the Toteme trousers are pricey, I’ve provided links to other fantastic, less expensive options above!
Oversized sweater + cream silk pants.
The following image has a feel of a winter wonderland, although it is identical to the one I had above. Kathleen wore cream silk trousers (another one of my fave winter trends) with an oversized grey jumper.
Here, the accessories are everything! The extra-long scarf ties in the off-white tones of the YSL shoulder bag and pants while adding complexity. The satin pants are complemented by the bold earrings and glittering silver heels.
Bring on the burgundy.
This winter ‘fit’ will help you match your attire to the wine you had for Christmas dinner. Lovisa accessorised her stunning grey pants with a wraparound coat, cropped shirt, and Chanel ballerina flats. The matching heart-shaped Alaïa purse gives an extremely professional look a fun twist.
The monotone accents enhance the overall understated yet cutting-edge look. Did I also mention that this colour is quite fashionable for the holidays?
This laid-back yet elegant appearance is ideal for a festive meal with your family, a stroll through the city taking in the lights, or business gatherings.
Lots of textures.
One simple yet fashionable approach to dress up your Christmas attire is to mix and match textures. Lucy’s combination of silk, leather, velvet, and faux fur makes her all-black ensemble feel stylish and joyous.
Getting dressed is the nicest part of the holiday season for anyone who enjoy fashion. So why not add festive accents to your ensemble that add even more flair, like a velvet hair bow or dazzling earrings? The monochrome style makes everything come together without being overly dramatic.
